Waste Management

Debris floating in the breeze. Paper shreds and scraps scattered about. A run-off drain praying that rain doesn’t come anytime soon. If the rain comes then it gets clogged up. It’s not meant to have debris flushed down. The dumpsters nearby were specifically designed for that. But the rain drain is continually let down by the paper factory employees. Somehow they continually miss the dumpsters. They cannot quite figure out how to dump it properly into the bins. For goodness sake, it is not like there are not ten dumpsters lined up just waiting to be filled. Instead, the ground and drain seem like a much more appealing option for this paper to be dumped.
